The Route 24 Interchange 8B project is now completed.  Inquiries regarding the project should be directed to the MassDOT Feedback System.  

Route 24 Interchange 8B was a signature project of the Patrick-Murray Administration's Massachusetts Recovery Plan.  The Massachusetts Recovery Plan makes unprecedented investments that put people to work and enhance our transportation systems in order to spark long term economic development.  

Funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), this project has built a new exit and interchange, 8B, between the existing Exits 8 and 9 on Route 24 in Freetown.  The project will provide significant economic benefits to Freetown and Fall River by improving access to commercial developments.
